Laura Linney
Laura Linney (born on February 5, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A.) has been an American actress who is known for her role as a tough and vulnerable persona. Linney comes from a theatrical family, as her father was a playwright Romulus Linney. In 1986, she graduated in the class of 1986 from Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City, 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started her Broadway career. The audience praised her for the two shows Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
