Miesha Theresa
Miesha Theresa Tate is an American mixed martial art pundit. Also a former mixed martial arts artist. She had participated in the Ultimate Fighting Championship and is a former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. From her early school days her Tacoma native was extremely athletic. When she was a student at the Central Washington University, she was a member of the mixed martial arts group because it was recommended by an acquaintance. Her first professional match at the age of 20 years old against Elizabeth Posener who was a Muay Thai specialist. She made her debut as a professional fighter at the HOOKnSHOOT one-night women's Grand Prix in 2007. Within two years, she was the FCF Women's Championship in Bantamweight for the very first time. Tate's style of fighting was focused on wrestling as well as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It received a lot of praise and appreciation. It was a huge hit as she took home the 'Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight Title' shortly following. As well as her profession in mixed martial arts, she has also modelled for several websites and publications like 'ESPN the Magazine', and 'Fitness Gurls'. In EA Sports UFC, the EA Sports UFC video game, she is also a playable role.
